Pre-Download Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled without penalty before the eBook is downloaded.
      A full refund will be issued for pre-download cancellations.

    Post-Download Cancellations

      • Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are generally not accepted after an eBook has been downloaded.
      • Exceptions may be made for technical issues (see point 6).

      Bulk Order Cancellations

        • Enterprise bulk orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if no downloads have occurred.
        • Partial cancellations for undownloaded items in a bulk order may be considered case-by-case.

        Subscription Cancellations

          • Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
          • No refunds for the current billing period; service continues until the end of the paid period.

          Cancellation Process

            • Log into your ImperialBook Hub account and navigate to “Order History”.
            • Select the order you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation prompts.
            • For bulk orders or subscriptions, contact our enterprise support team.

            Exceptions

              • If technical issues prevent access to the purchased eBook, cancellation and refund requests will be considered within seven days of purchase.
              • Proof of technical issues may be required.

              Refund Processing

                • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
                • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

                Accidental Purchases

                  • Claims of accidental purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
                  • Decision will be based on download status and account history.

                  Cancellation Due to Content Issues

                    • Our content team will review cancellations due to content quality or discrepancies.
                    • Decisions will be made within five business days of the request.

                    Enterprise Account Closures

                      • Enterprises wishing to close their account should contact our account management team.
                      • Any unused credits or pre-paid services will be refunded as per the terms of the enterprise agreement.

                      Rights Retention

                        • Cancellation of an order or closing an account does not grant the right to retain or distribute previously purchased eBooks.

                        Abuse Prevention

                          • ImperialBook Hub reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests from accounts showing patterns of abuse.

                          Policy Changes

                            • This cancellation policy may be updated periodically.
                            • All changes will be communicated to enterprise clients with a 30-day notice.
